Internet Marketing Tips: 11 Step Guide To Free Targeted Traffic
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

In this step-by-step guide, I’m going to share with you how to create targeted traffic to your blog or which ever site that you wish to bring traffic to.
This guide will give you instructions on how to generate more website traffic so that they actively come to you.
Here we go!
1. Create keyword targeted articles
Refer to Secret EzineArticles Manifesto to learn how to create articles that reach the very top of the search engines.
An alternative is to get the Bum Marketing Method to learn how you can create some very, very targeted articles.
2. Post them on your blog
The reason why you want them on your blog first is so that you get indexed for the content first… so you will rank in the search engines for the article.
Don’t worry about duplicate content penalty – that only kicks in if you have multiple exact same articles on the same site trying to rank for different keywords.
3. Submit the articles to article directories pointing to a squeeze page
When you mass submit the articles to article directories, you want to lead them to a squeeze page. This is so you can generate leads.
If you do not own your own domain where you can send traffic to a squeeze page, the next best option is to send them to a review page with articles for comparing other products.
3. Record the articles into audio using Audacity or any audio recording software
Turning your articles from written text to audio gives it the extra value. People will naturally associate your content with higher value if it’s in audio format.
Of course, the critical key is in the content of the audio.
Plus, audio is a “passive” form of learning where people can listen to it as they are driving or they can plug it into their favourite portable music player.
4. Make the recording “professional” by inserting stock music at the beginning and ending of the audio.
It helps to do a bit of post-production after you’ve finished recording the article.
By adding royalty free stock music in the beginning and ending of your audio article, it will make it sound more professional. Even if it’s self made and done at home.
5. Remember to insert a “call to action” at the end of the recording by directing them to your web site.
Like your articles, don’t forget to tell them to visit a site to get more information about what you have got to offer.
Tell the listener that he or she can get a free report, free ecourse, et cetera.
The main idea is to entice them to remember to visit your site.
6. Submit that recording to various podcasting sites
Just like articles, you need to send out your recording to various sites where people can get access to your podcast.
7. Create a Powerpoint presentation using Camtasia or Camstudio while inserting the audio recording that was done previously.
After you have finished with your audio recording and made it as professional sounding as you can, simply record a video presentation with Powerpoint and flip the slides accordingly.
7.1. An alternative to using screen capture videos is to use Windows Movie Maker.
If you don’t have Powerpoint, the alternative is to get Open Office.
If you still don’t want to get that, you can also use pictures created in Photoshop or GIMP as the slides of the video.
8. Submit the video recordings into the various video sharing websites.
Submit the video recording to the various video web sites – be sure to include a link in the description early on to your web site.
9. Be sure again to show the web site address in the video – show it at the bottom throughout the whole video.
Other than using the “call to action” that’s already at the end of the video, you’ll want to clearly display your web site address throughout the whole video.
10. Rinse and repeat.
Repeat these steps to get a steady stream of targeted, pre-qualified traffic to your web site.
11. Reverse the cycle.
When you become more proficient in using this, you can reverse the cycle by creating videos first.
Then you can extract the audio from that, submit it to various podcast directories.
And also, have it transcribed (or you can do it manually) so that you can have text content for your site or blog as well.
