Paid traffic, while powerful and fast, can be costly if left unchecked.

Paid advertising, banner advertising, pay-per-click (PPC), ezine solo advertisements,  buying of links, et cetera.

Also, if you use paid traffic, make sure that you are also getting quality traffic.
