How Private Label Rights Can Help Your Business
Welcome back, feel free to comment!

Firstly, what are Private Label Rights (PLR)? Wikipedia defines it as “articles, reports, eBooks, and autoresponders. This kind of content is used for the purpose of allowing multiple buyers to invest in the content with free rein to alter and use it by claiming authorship of it.”
In human talk, PLR simply means that it’s other people’s work that you can claim as your own. Sure, there are disadvantages of using PLR but I won’t talk about it in this entry… in fact, there’s disadvantages to everything – but I’ll focus on the good stuff in this entry.
Consider this – is it easier to write a book or is it easier to critique a book? Or… is it easier to create a magazine or rip a magazine apart?
The reason I use that analogy is because when you start your own home based business online, there’s a good chance that you would be using blogs, autoresponders, article marketing, etc And people tend to have problems creating brand new content. Here’s the reality… it’s EXTREMELY hard to create brand new content. There are millions and millions of people using the internet and they are creating tons and tons of content every single minute – what makes you think that your content is going to stand out amongst them all?
If your content was that good, you might as well be better off by creating an ebook (or a physical book for that matter) by yourself! And sell that book to make more money!
You see, the main reason you create content is so that you have something out there on the internet bringing people/traffic to your website. It doesn’t have to be brand new… it just has to make sense!
Coming back to the analogy of writing a book VS critiquing a book – it simply means that instead of writing a whole book by yourself, you could be reading a book and if you find something that you like, didn’t particular like or totally disagree with… THAT thought itself can be translated into content.
And creating a magazine versus ripping a magazine apart? If you managed to get a PLR way before anyone else did… you could basically rip the PLR apart and sell each and every single part as a stand-alone. The only thing that I can think of right now that this idea doesn’t fully apply is on PLR software.
So, if you’ve been struggling to create content for your website, blog, article marketing, autoresponder… hunt around for PLR and start creating more business for yourself!
