Network Marketing in the 21st Century.
How does this apply to you?
If you have been involved in network marketing for a certain period of time and have had no success, it’s likely due to the use of dated and old-school tactics that worked wonders back in the 18th Century.
Old school methods like cold calling, door knocking, opportunity meetings, writing down all your numbers in a list and calling every single one of them, etc.

Network marketing is a very interesting industry and it’s one that has so many people doing the wrong things that it gets funny. Ponder this for a moment… have you ever met a person for a few minutes and then you get proposed to? I don’t know about how others would react but I, for one, would surely think that it’s ridiculous.
However, many people who try to promote their network marketing industry, commit that very same ridiculous mistake. Upon meeting a prospect for the first time, they ask that person for a lifetime commitment to them. Here’s some examples that you might find a little familiar:

Chances of you being told by someone in network marketing that you will succeed is extremely high. Chances that they have personally succeeded is extremely low. How can I say that?… If network marketing was so easy, everybody would have already made tons of money with it and you would never have heard of things such as “network marketing schemes” or “pyramid schemes” or even “you can only succeed in network marketing if you are the first few!”

When it comes to prospecting, it’s very common for network marketing representatives to first approach their friends. In fact, they often try to gather a group of friends and try to prospect to them on a large, grand scale. Instead of doing it alone, it’s very recommended to do it as a team effort.
