In the internet marketing niche, when anyone mentions about product creation, the idea of an ebook or report immediately springs to mind for most people. However, by limiting yourself only to these types of products, you may not be able to fully reach your potential for your online business.

Videos:

Video products are very quickly becoming more and more popular online especially with the rise of video sharing sites. With text products like ebooks and reports, you can only capture imaginery and visual attention. With videos, you capture audio, imagery and visionary experience.

If you’re comfortable in front of a camera, you can use it to create your products. Otherwise, you can simply do a screen capture video and simply record yourself talking while the presentation is going on.

Audios:

Audios are also well received as it lets people learn passively. Instead of having to sit down someplace and read a physical book, by using audio, one can play it while doing some kind of work or while traveling. Even if your audio product is a simple reading of the text version, people will automatically place a higher perceived value on it.

The reason why people do not use it is because they feel that they do not have the perfect voice or they might lose potential prospects because of their accent. Granted, these are true and valid concerns. But if you are providing real valuable content, you’ll find that people are more willing to get used to listening to you.

Also, you can always hire someone to do the reading for you and use that audio in your place as well.

Physical Products:

After you’ve created your product, be it ebook, audio, video, why not convert that into a physical product? While digital products are indeed a great way for people to receive their products really quickly, people still love to have a real physical version which they know that they can always have access to.

People are used to buying things and having a physical object in exchange for their money. Don’t try to fight the mentality of humans – go along wth it.
